If I pay Fast Boat only to Nusa Penida, how do I go around the island?

Once you arrive at Nusa Penida Harbor, there would be many people and companies offering for transport i.e. motorbikes or cars at different prices. Feel free to find one and negotiate the price. If you decide to get a motorbike then you must find your way to each destinations at Nusa Penida using GPS or google map. However bear in mind that in some places on the island you might won’t get any internet or gps signals.

If you finally agreed on a price to go around in a car, then normally it comes with a driver who will take you around the island.

If you decide to stay overnight at the end of the day, then you must find your own accommodation on the island by going in and out each hotels to find one that is available.

Yes it is better to take our tour packages, we do all of the hard work for you.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major payments i.e. all Major Credit Credit Card Visa or MasterCards, Amex, Bank Transfer, PayPal etc. Worst case you can pay by cash at the harbor but we can’t guarantee your seat.

What happen if I missed the boat back to Bali?

Yes sometimes it happen because some guests decided to stay longer at one or two beaches. If you missed the boat, then you must report to our staff by whatsapp, call, sms or go to our counter to report at the harbor, and you can ride the boat on the next day at no extra cost. You must pay for your meal and accommodation for your overnight stay though.

Don’t you think swimming with Manta Ray is dangerous?

No not really. You need to differ Manta Ray than Sting Ray. Sting Ray stings and it make them dangerous, however Manta Ray in the other hand, don’t have stings, they are very shy ocean creatures, therefore you need to follow the guide instruction before approaching them, such us to swim gently, not to close, don’t make too much sound, no touching etc, or else they will swim deeper to the ocean and you will lose the opportunity to take great photos with them.

Can you guarantee to find Manta during Manta Trip?

The Manta Rays in Nusa Penida are wild animals, no one can predict as to when they will be there and when they won’t. At Manta Bay the chances for you to see Manta is only 50%, one of the reason maybe because sometimes there are too many boats and people swimming there trying to find ones. However with us we will take you not only to Manta Bay but also to Manta Point, twice the distance than Manta Bay, where there are a lot less boat, a lot less people, and we have always find many Mantas to swim with. Your chance to swim with Manta at Manta Point is well above 90%.

Is it safe to go down to Diamond Beach?

Yes it is. Provided that your guide informs you that you have enough time to go down, then we recommend you to do so. The beaches is crystal clear, the sand is white, and you can take a photo in a swing above the ocean available right at the beach.

I heard Kelingking beach is nice, can I go down there and swim?

Yes you can. Hundreds of people, male or female, young and old, go down there every single day. The route may be a little bit extreme for some people, but it is definitely worth a try.

Is the 2 days tour package includes accommodation?

Yes accommodation is included, with the standard of air-conditioned room, a swimming pool and with breakfast. We choose only a comfortable accommodation for our customer satisfaction.

Which one is better, West side or East Side of Nusa Penida?

It is hard to say, both are beautiful in their own way. West side destinations are closer from harbor, but the road there is quite bumpy. Kelingking beach is super beautiful we think it’s the best part of the west side. In the other hand the East destination is very far from the harbor but the road is nice and smooth. Diamond beach is the best side of East side and they offer a swing and photo booth above the ocean which is best for social media. The choice is yours.

Will I be getting a private tour for the price I pay?

For any bookings with a minimum of 2 persons, you will have a private tour in an air-conditioned car in Nusa Penida with English speaking driver. However for hotel return transfer from your hotel to the harbor and vice versa, you will go with a shuttle. It’s only around 30 minute drive each.

What time should I be ready at the hotel lobby for pick up?

Well the fast boat departs at 8 am, and we have some guest to be picked up at different places, so depending on your hotel location, please ready between 6.30 to 7.30 am at the hotel lobby. Please contact our reservation team by whatsapp, email or contact form for the exact time.

Is the Fast Boat Ride Safe?

Definitely yes! Our fast boats are brand new with 4 and 5 engines, the boat captain is experienced, and each seats are equipped with brand new life jackets just in case. Every boats must have clearance from the authority before departure, therefore we won’t be allowed to depart should the weather is not ideal.
